I’ve completed extensive training with the Nutritional Therapy Association and Restorative Wellness Solutions to support optimal health.

I study ancestral approaches to food backed by scientific research and clinical experience. I teach wellness courses and run educational programs for people of all ages.

I’m a certified Dietary Supplement Specialist and a licensed RESTART program instructor. Because my consultations are highly customized to each individual, I continue to learn from every person I support.


my Story

I chose to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner because I have a deep desire to help people discover their capacity to thrive.

By offering nutritional insight in a personalized educational context, my clients are empowered to reach lasting, positive change.

My own health struggles guided me to nutrition. I have a form of anemia that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve, which led me to explore alternative ways of supporting my body. This sparked a deep interest in how food can promote healing. With the training I received from the Nutritional Therapy Association, I was able to overcome the debilitating symptoms I was experiencing. And at the same time, it was as though I had been gifted a magic wand that could help people with all kinds of ailments. From resolving chronic insomnia and joint pain to balancing hormones, improving cognition, and reducing inflammation, nutritional therapy continues to impress me with the range of its applications and successful outcomes.

beyond nutrition

For over a decade, I’ve been leading culinary wellness workshops and foraging walks, teaching people how to nourish their bodies with the abundance that nature offers. My partner and I live on a small urban homestead that we’ve transformed into a food forest with fruit trees, berry bushes, and a variety of herbs. It’s a hands-on journey of learning and growing, and I use the practice of permaculture to deepen my understanding of how to support health with food and lifestyle.

I’m committed to ongoing education and continue to deepen my expertise to navigate complex health situations. With the increasing challenges posed by modern environmental factors, I strive to stay ahead of the curve, walking the line between ancestral wisdom and modern science to help clients get meaningful results.

Researching the connection between environment and health, I learned how to produce my own food and make nourishing and delicious meals from scratch.
