class testimonials

“From fermenting vegetables to eating freshly-picked berries, my relationship with food completely changed once meeting Shane.

His patient spirit, helpful attitude, and curious nature empowered me to learn about traditional foodways. He is an exceptional listener and his deep love and gratitude for nature radiate outwards on a daily basis.

I’ve learned so much about how one can experience healing by reconnecting with nature and one's own body. Shane has taught me how to get the most nutrition out of foods, how to reconnect with my surroundings, and how to awaken my body to the world.”

Shane Brill leading a wellness retreat.

“As a formally educated Chef with over 40 years’ experience including five years working with Registered Dietitians in the Healthcare Industry, I thought I knew something about food. That’s what I thought.

Shane's food knowledge and its relationship to overall health is a sobering look at living and eating in a big business world where making a buck is more important than looking out for the health of the population. Many of our everyday maladies can be traced to what we eat.
